I like the surfaces nobody volunteers for. Secure video playback, the checkout path, the reliability graph that has to stay flat, the parts where a bug quietly costs real money or breaks trust. I own those until they are boring, and boring is the compliment.
Day job: I lead mobile at Marrow (DailyRounds), a team of 6 Android and 4 iOS engineers. I joined as an IC in 2019 and grew into the manager. Eight-plus years in Android, seven on one flagship, somewhere north of four thousand commits. The receipts are on the Impact page.
But I get restless in one lane. I have shipped Flutter apps, BLE navigation on a motorcycle helmet, WebRTC group calls, an agri-tech billing app for plantation workers, and a pricing engine that moves cocktail prices like a stock market. Different stacks, same instinct: find the messy real-world problem, make it feel simple.
Not the day job. Just proof I do not sit still.
